The Construction ICRA Best Practices 8 hour Training Program is designed to provide training to healthcare professionals/staff, construction related professionals, and building trades workers, to ensure that they are familiar with all the proper ICRA protocols/procedures and why they have to be followed. Working with a greater awareness and compliance of your facilities infection prevention protocols is a proactive approach that will directly affect patient safety and job site safety, in a positive way.

Our goal is to deliver a workforce of healthcare industry professionals and construction related professionals who understand why and how to protect the patients, visitors, themselves and potentially our loved ones, during maintenance projects and construction projects in a healthcare environment.

One of the most important aspects of the program is “building the bridge of communication” between the departments in your healthcare facility, as well as with the construction related professionals.

Involving everyone in the common goal of “raising the bar on patient safety” and working in unison with your Infection Prevention protocols, will ultimately lead to Saving Lives and Lives Affected by construction-related and maintenance-related Healthcare Associated Infections.

Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
