CDC/ Indiana Data Use Agreement



The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)’s Division of Healthcare Quality Promotion (DHQP) is entering into a new agreement with the Indiana State Department of Health to provide data from CDC’s National Healthcare Safety Network (NHSN) to the state’s health department. This data will be used solely for the purposes of surveillance and prevention. On Monday, October 2nd from 3:00pm - 4:00 pm ET, CDC will host a call for all healthcare facilities in the state of Indiana to discuss Indiana’s Data Use Agreement (DUA). Joining CDC on the call will be leadership representatives from the Indiana State Department of Health and the Indiana Hospital Association.
